Fun Outdoor Cardio Circuit: Lauren Hedley

Happy Saturday Boss Babes!!

Its a beautiful sunny day out in YYC and I thought I'd share my favorite outdoor cardio circuit! 

1. 5-10 minute warm up (run, leg swings, loosen your muscles)

2. 15 Jump Squats, 15 Squats, 15 second hold - 3 sets

3. 15  Jump Lunges, 15 Lunges, 15 Second Pulses - 3 sets

4. Side to Sides - 2 sets, 50 total

5. Toe Touches - 2 sets, 50 total

6. Step up kick backs - 3 sets, 12 reps each leg. Find a rock or stairs that you can step up on.   

7. 15 Tricep Dips, 15 Second Hold - 3 sets

8. 20 In and Outs, 20 Second Hold - 3 sets (ABS) 

9. 10 Push Ups, 10 Second Hold - 3 sets

10. Burpees - 10 total

11. COOL DOWN!! 

 

So that's it that's all! It's definitely a sweaty workout so drink lots of water!!
