Boulder Shoulder Circuit 



Until about October of 2016 I didn't workout my arms because I didn't want to be bulky... (I know and I hate the fact that I am even admitting this)... BUT now since reality hit me and I realized that lifting weights once meant I would turn into a pumpkin at night- training arms have become one of my favorite days!

With that said I love training shoulders, seeing the one and only tiny little bicep vain and really getting a job arm pump. 

Today I am going to share with you one of my favorite circuits you can implement into any shoulder or upper body day!


  • Straight Arm Barbell Lateral Raise followed by a Barbell Triceps Extension- x12
  • Dumbbell Shrugs x12
  • Close Grip Barbell Pull x12

Repeat 4 times with 30 seconds of rest only in between each workout!
