THE BEST SUMMER FRO YO EVER

Oh ya ladies that's right.. The deliciousness of Menchies in the comfort of your own home, at half the cost, and forget about the CRAP ingredients! Corn Syrup, Whey, Stabilizer & Emulsifier (Mono & Diglycerides, Guar Gum, Carrageenan, Cellulose Gum, Standardized with Dextrose), Artificial Flavor, Annatto (Color).... YA NO THANKS (that hurt my head just typing that). Its time for a guilt free snack that your body can THANK YOU for having.

Summer Time Fine Fro-Yo

Serves One

What You Will Need:

1. 1 cup frozen Pineapple

2. 1/3 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt

Dairy Free Option- Coconut Milk  

Optional: Vanilla Protein Powder - Adding protein will give you a creamier consistency

Prep: Chop pineapple into cubes 6-8 hours before making the Fro-Yo

* I will normally chop some up the night before or go ahead in the morning and prep it to be made in the evening 

Directions 

1. Take frozen Pineapple and Yogurt (or Coconut Milk) and blend with either a food processor if you have it available or blender will work just fine

2. Enjoy! 

Toppings

Mix it up! Shredded Coconut, Fruit, Almonds, Chocolate chips
